Allegra's bit at the beginning really worked she totally nailed the old sage telling a tale of yore voice. I thought her point about dudes needing sexting lessons is probably part of what's likely a larger thing. There's so many bad first date/bad flirting/bad relationship cautionary tales out there I can imagine that it only grows the number of people who either get intimidated by dating, ppl who pay for pua classes, or just see it as more work and opt out. For Adam levine's part I don't think he's ever had to try that hard to get some action so I find his wordsmithing understandable.
I liked your "logic of a dream" line in that it often describes the sensation of consuming tiktok content. I guess all social media is messing with our subconscious but tiktoks algo feels like a hyper form of that. Your point about the best products not always winning was spot on too.
