I have a close friend who died several years ago, and this is making me want to go back and screenshot his old tweets, and his blog he kept whilst sick. I would hate to lose that record.
On the subject of living forever online, I posted a special interview today that The Method Makers did with an artist friend of mine a few years before he passed away. The interview was originally posted in 2018, but went offline in 2021, a few months before that friend passed. The old link was gone and the Wayback Machine never archived it. I searched several times for a copy and finally tried messaging the folks behind the TMM site. They hooked me up with the original interview, which took place over email, and we also had a nice conversation about Paul along the way. I’m really happy to have the interview back online on a site that will be around as long as I am. I got me wondering about what will happen to lol of my old videos and interviews when I’m gone.
that tiktok duel goes much harder then it has any right to be
I don't exaggerate when I say that the Denny's Grand Slam is probably my favorite video on the internet.
Me, wistfully gazing into the Denny's Grand Slam video like it's Dorian Gray's portrait
